- Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a popular treatment designed to relax the body, improve circulation and relieve muscle tension and stress. It can be a deep tissue massage, but it is not as deep as a sports massage and uses oil to massage the body.
- Indian Head Massage
Focusing on the upper back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp, it relieves tension, boosts circulation and promotes relaxation.
- Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle, rhythmical movements of the skin to speed up the natural circulation of lymph fluid. It can help protect the body against infection and encourage the production of healthy body tissue.
