Gift vouchers are issued as final sale items.
Because they hold immediate redeemable value, and can be used at any time, gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. We recommend checking all details carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrived damaged or develops a fault, please get in touch as soon as possible, so we can put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
